Instructions: Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain; reduce heat to low. Stir in soup and paprika; cook, stirring often, 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream, and cook until thoroughly heated; do not boil. Spoon over noodles.
