1 lb ground beef (I use extra lean)
1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix*
1 can Mexicorn drained
1 pkt Tater Tots frozen
1 can cream soup of your choice I use celery or mushroom
1/2 x soup can milk or water
Instructions:
Instructions: * OR 1 onion, chopped (I use Vidalia)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

if not using extra lean beef, partially cook and drain. Line bottom of well greased 8 inch square baking dish with foil or grease well.

Spread ground beef on bottom of dish.

Then top with Onion Soup mix or chopped onion. Layer corn next.

Crowd as many frozen tater tots in pan in one even layer as you can. Mix the soup and the a/2 soup can of water or milk together. Pour over frozen tater tot layer.

Top with cheese.

Cover with foil tightly and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an addition 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
