Instructions: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed of an electric mixer until well-blended. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in baking chips. Pour over wafers, filling each cup 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes. Cool, then remove cupcakes from the pan. Frost and decorate with sprinkles and other holiday decorations. Refrigerate any left over after serving. Email this Recipe:
