Instructions: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Add tomato, parsley, basil, honey, salt and pepper, and saute 3 minutes. Add macaroni, beans and spinach and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Feel free to use any other seasonings of your choosing, and if youd like, you can add shredded chicken or beef for a meal with meat. Serves 2 (with a serving size of 1 1/2 cups) Email this Recipe:
