Instructions: Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar. When egg whites from soft peaks, very gradually add the sugar. Fold in the flavoring and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cooky sheet dusted with corn starch. Bake 1 hour 250 degrees F.
