Instructions: Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Place one portion of apple cobbler in a small chilled bowl. Microwave 30 seconds or heat to an internal temperature of 110 degrees.
Lightly press one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the center of the cobbler. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon-sugar mixture over apple cobbler. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert to give a lattice effect. Sprinkle powdered sugar over dessert. Place dessert spoon at 3 oclock. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 1 serving.
