Ingredients:

1 cup self-raising white flour
2 cup self-raising wholemeal flour
3 tbl sugar
2 tbl milk powder
1 pch salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix in the water a little at a time until youve got a dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured bench and knead well.

Allow to rest 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly flour the bench. Roll your dough out, about 1/4 inch thick.

Next cut the dough into squares - about 3 x 3 inches. Using a fork, prick holes in the tops of the squares: three rows of four holes. This helps the steam escape. Put the squares on a lightly greased baking or pizza tray.

Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes, until hard, and just beginning to turn golden while NOT burned.

You need to watch them, dont just set the timer.

Turn off the oven and allow to cool in oven.

Will keep up to two months.
