Leaves from 3-4 sprigs of
Coriander
2 x Green chillies
15 gm Fresh ginger, grated
Salt
2 tbl Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: The ultimate relish for samosas, pakoras and any other savoury snack! IC

1. Grind, pound or blend in a blender, the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and half tsp salt to make a thick paste.

2. Stir in the lemon juice and add sugar and extra salt to taste.
