Instructions: Grate cabbage, onions and pepper. Pour sugar over this and let it set 5 minutes.Combine vinegar, oil and spices in a small saucepan, boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cabbage and let sit overnight.
NOTES : Very easy when using a bag of pre-shredded cole slaw. Ive also used a grated red bell pepper, makes it nice and colorful. Email this Recipe:
