1/4 cup	granulated sugar
2 x	heaping tsp. cornstarch
1 tbl	vinegar (Apple Cider)
3 tbl	water off carrots
	Few drops yellow food coloring
2 cup	cooked carrots

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick and transparent, stirring constantly. Add carrots and butter.

Serves 4
