Instructions: Combine the brown sugar, pudding, & cinnamon. Add apples, cranberries, and lemon juice: toss to coat. Spoon into the middle of pie crust.
Praline Topping: Melt butter along with brown sugar and milk in a heavy skillet over low heat, stirring frequently. Increase heat and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla, caramel flavor, and nuts. Pour mixture into a bowl and let stand until slightly thickened; about 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 65 minutes.
