Now there are no exact quantities for this dish just do as many as required Grill Hash Browns as per instructions. When cooked place a slice of cream cheese on each one. On that place a slice or piece of smoked salmon. On that place a very thin wedge of lemon with skin. Top off with a caper or two. Its ready to serve, looks great and tastes even better.
