3 cup	cut-up cooked beef
1 pkt	frozen hash browns - (24 to 32 oz) thawed
1 x	onion finely chopped
1 x	green bell pepper finely chopped
	(or combination red and green peppers)
1/4 cup	melted butter or margarine
1 cup	beef gravy - (to 1 1/2 cups)
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

May be cooked on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, or doubled for a larger crockpot.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
