Amount Ingredient
8 oz light yogurt any flavor
1 cup buttermilk non-fat
1 cup crushed pineapple packed in juice 9do not drain)
1/2 tsp coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir all ingredients together and divide into 8 small paper cups. Insert stick into each and freeze.

This is only 13% fat! I think it is great for a low-fat pesto sauce!
