Instructions: Remove wrapper & inside casing from ham. Place ham on a rack in a shallow,uncovered baking pan. Heat in a 325 oven as directed on ham label. Allow about 3 hours to heat a 10-12 pound ham.
To prepare topping: combine pineapple, marmelade, corn starch, vinegar, prepared mustard, coconut in a saucepan. Mix. Heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Thirty minutes before the end of baking time turn oven to 375. Fifteen minutes to the end of cooking time, spoon fruit mixture over top of ham & sprinkle remaining coconut over fruit topping. Return to oven to finish heating. Arrange on a serving platter. If desired,surround with assorted fresh fruits & mint. Email this Recipe:
