Instructions: In large skillet saute onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Saute for 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce. Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serving Ideas : Roast pork or chops, ham or poultry NOTES : Be aware that macaroni and spaghetti double upon cooking while noodles remain the same (e.g., in this recipe the 2 cups macaroni will yield 4 cups cooked).
