Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can of chili, or any other type of cooked beans
just what ever you like.
1 bag of corn chips (Cooked rice is also good or make fry bread and youve got Indian Tacos)
1 x 8 oz. block cheddar cheese, shredded
1 med - lg. tomato, diced
1 sm onion, diced
1 bn Romaine or regular head of lettuce, shredded
into bite sizes
1 can or jar of black and/or green olives, sliced
1 x avocado, diced
1 jar jalapeno slices or Greek peppers
1 sm container of button or shiitake mushrooms
1 bot or 1 pkg. prepared Ranch dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: Begin by dicing, slicing, and shredding everything that needs it; placing in bowls or a container with dividers to keep your ingredients separate from each other. Once this part is done, heat the beans.

When the beans are hot you can start building your haystack. Begin the haystack with a handful or so of one of the following: corn chips, rice, or fry bread on a plate. Next, spoon some beans over your bed.

After that, keep building with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and so on. Top it all off with Ranch dressing and/or salsa. Finally, dig in and enjoy! Should serve 6-8, but this depends on how big you make them.
