1 x egg yolks
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp mustard, French
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbl sherry
1/2 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp sugar (caster)
salt, pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients except hazelnut oil in a bowl and whisk well.Gradually whisk in hazelnut oil in a thin stream. Dressing should be creamy.
