2 cup rolled oats
2 cup water
1 med banana peeled & sliced
1 tbl honey
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Let stand 3 minutes. Thin with water if needed. Pour into heated waffle iron and cook as per waffle iron manufacturers instructions.
