1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbl honey
----------------- SLAW ----------------
1 sm green cabbage head - (abt 1 lb) shredded
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 tbl poppy seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Add the cabbage, carrots, poppy seeds, and raisins. Mix well until the dressing completely coats the cabbage.

This recipe yields 8 servings.

Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Comments: Most people dont realize that cabbage is a very nutritious food. Make coleslaw is probably the easiest way to get its cancer-fighting properties.
