3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 oz skim milk or water
3/4 cup rice (not instant) uncooked
1 cup water
1 x chicken bouillon cube
Peas, broccoli, or other
Instructions:
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add cream of mushroom soup (Weight Watchers makes a low-fat brand). Add skim milk (or water). Add rice, water, bullion cube, and peas, broccoli, or any veggie of your choice. Cook on LOW all day (about 8 hours).
