2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup chopped cried fruit, like apricots
1/4 cup mini chocolate or carob chips
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Blend honey, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with your hands (grease hands first). Press firmly into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at
275 until golden brown. (Recipe does not state time.) Cool on a rack. Cut when cool.
