2 tbl Toasted almond slivers
1 tbl Low-fat mayonnaise
----------------- TUNA N EGG SALAD ----------------
1 can (6 oz.) tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 x Hard-cooked egg, grated
1 x Carrot, peeled and grated
3 tbl Low-fat mayonnaise
----------------- SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD ----------------
4 oz Finely chopped, cooked chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tbl Finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tbl Low-fat creamy Italian dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches.

Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
