Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Wheat germ
2 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Baking powder
1/2 tbl Ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Oil (scant)
2 cup Milk
4 x Egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all of above ingredients together well. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared waffle iron and add chocolate chips ,if desired, just before baking.

Note: Adding chocolate chips to your batter usually results in the chips dropping to the bottom of the batter. It is preferable to add them as you prepare each waffle, adding as many as desired.
