Instructions: In a salad bowl, mix cabbage, peanuts and green chili. Set aside. When ready to serve, heat olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. When hot, put in mustard seeds. As soon as mustard seeds begin to pop, add cumin seeds and let crackle for 3-4 seconds. Turn heat off and immediately add oil-mustard-cumin seasoning to salad mix. Add salt and lime juice. Mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
