2 cup chopped cooked turkey
1 x garlic clove minced
1 med onion chopped
1 x sweet green pepper chopped
1 x onion quartered
1 x green pepper sliced into strips
1 can red kidney beans - (17 oz)
1 can tomato paste - (6 oz)
1 can tomatoes - (28 oz)
1 x bay leaf
1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Saute until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the flavors are blended.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
