1 cup Yellow corn meal
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tbl Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Egg substitue, beaten
1 cup Low-fat buttermilk
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk, egg substitue, and oil. Pour into muffin tins that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 until golden brown on top.
