Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp basil, crushed
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp oregano, crushed
1 lrg clv garlic
1 x (6 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
1 x (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 x (8 oz.) pkg. rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: In a frying pan, saute carrots and garlic until carrots are crisp-tender. Then stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook until thickened.

Add green beans and pasta. Season with salt substitute and pepper to taste. Toss with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Yield: 4 servings
