Instructions: In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Spoon browned-meat mixture into a slow cooker. Add corn, mushrooms and chicken soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving. Comments: Raw shredded potatoes may be used in place of frozen potatoes. Email this Recipe:
