3 lb boneless beef chuck cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 x 8 oz. pkg. precooked sausage links cut into 1" pieces
2 cup chopped leeks
4 stalk celery cut up
3 x potatoes peeled and cubed
1 x 16 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
2 x cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
2 tbl flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Wipe beef well. Combine 1/3 cup flour with salt and pepper. Toss beef cubes with flour mixture to coat thoroughly; place in Crock-Pot. Add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons flour and the water in order listed; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.

One hour before serving, turn to High setting. Make a smooth paste of 2 tablespoons flour and the water; stir into Crock-Pot, mixing well. Cover and cook until thickened.
