Instructions: Wipe beef well. Combine 1/3 cup flour with salt and pepper. Toss beef cubes with flour mixture to coat thoroughly; place in Crock-Pot. Add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons flour and the water in order listed; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.
One hour before serving, turn to High setting. Make a smooth paste of 2 tablespoons flour and the water; stir into Crock-Pot, mixing well. Cover and cook until thickened. Email this Recipe:
