2 tsp	old bay seasoning divided use (or more to taste)
3 lb	beef chuck roast trimmed of fat
4 lrg	potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
3 x	carrots scraped and sliced
1/2 med	onion sliced

Instructions:

Instructions: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning over beef.

Sprinkle remaining 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning over vegetables.

Place water, chuck roast and vegetables in crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours.
