Instructions: In a large soup kettle, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, bell pepper, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Make a white sauce using butter, flour, and milk. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Stir cheese sauce, and Tabasco (if desired), into vegetable mixture. DO NOT BOIL. Email this Recipe:
