Instructions: Partially thaw fillets and cut in 1-inch pieces. Saute vegetables in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer 5 minutes. Add fish and simmer 5 minutes. Layer half of the noodles in an 8-cup greased shallow baking dish. Cover with half of the fish sauce and the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
