Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a covered baking dish with vegetable oil.
Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange onion slices in the bottom of prepared baking dish. Place fish on top. Set aside. In a bowl, combine remaining vegetables. Stir to mix well, and spread over fillets. In a small bowl, combine wine, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper. Pour over fish and vegetables. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
