Instructions: Top each slice of bread with 2 tomato slices and three zucchini slices.
In large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, yogurt, skim milk, onion, cumin and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. To serve, plate 2 slices bread and top with 2/3 cup cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts. If desired, serve with additional Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. This recipe yields 12 servings. Email this Recipe:
