Instructions: Combine crumbs and margarine. Press into springform pan. Chop 4 candy bars in blender. Sprinkle over crust. Beat cheese and sugar. Blend in 1 cup cream, eggs and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine chips and 1/3 cup cream over low heat. Cool in refrigerator until thickened. Spread over cooled, cooked cheesecake. Garnish with rest of candy bar crumbs.
NOTES : I think this is one of my favorite cheesecake recipes. Because of the heavy cream in the filling, the cheesecake is lighter than most. I make this cheesecake for special people and parties. Email this Recipe:
