Instructions: My recipe is a very easy, yet tasty recipe for crockpot pot roast. I used a bottom round roast. Place roast in crockpot. Add beef bouillon cubes and water. Add minced garlic to taste on top of roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of roast. Cover and cook on low. I started mine before work (7:30am) and by the time I got home (5ish) it was cooked. The roast was so tender that it fell apart when my husband tried to lift it out of the crockpot!
