Instructions: Drain fruits; set aside. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar; slowly stir in pineapple juice, cook and stir over low heat until thick. Cool, stir in fruits and liquid sweetener. Prepare topping mix as directed on package and fold into fruit mixture. Chill at least 4 hours. Spoon into lettuce lined bowl.
