Instructions: In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine mango sauce ingredients; blend until smooth. If sauce is too thick to pour, add water a spoonful at a time until sauce has the consistency of heavy cream. Pour into small serving pitcher; cover and refrigerate until
serving time. Place lettuce leaves on 6 individual salad plates. Arrange fruit over lettuce. Sprinkle each with 1 T brown sugar. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until serving time. Serve salads with sauce (to be poured over fruit). Email this Recipe:
