Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Soften margarine, blend in sugar & salt. Add dry ingredients & blend with pastry cutter until crumbly. Mix in oats. Blend milk & syrup together & pour over dry ingredients stirring only until just combined. Bake for 20 mins or until cooked. Spread glaze over when slightly cooled.
