Instructions: Reserving the tomato sauce, mix all remaining ingredients well, place in a baking pan (I use a cake pan) and make a channel around the meat mixture. Using one small can of tomato sauce fill the channel around the meatloaf and bake at 375* for one hour. This is a very moist meatloaf
** You can substitute 1/4 pound of crumbled saltine crackers for TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein Granules) if desired. This would be 1/4 of one Standard Box of Crackers. Email this Recipe:
