Instructions: Stir gelatin into boiling water with sugar and pinch of salt. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until semi-set. Stir in strawberries and whipped cream.
Cut approximately one inch off top of cake, flipping top onto a plate- set aside. Hollow out cake and spoon in half of berry/cream mixture. Replace top of cake. Cover cake with remaining mixture and chill until set. Email this Recipe:
