1 tsp veg oil
1 lrg onion thinly sliced
1 tsp sugar
3 lrg heirloom tomatoes sliced 3/8"
1/2 cup chopped pecans Vinaigrette
3 tbl balsamic vinegar
2 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh herbs parsley, tarragon and chives
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Heat veg oil in large skillet over med heat till hot. Add onion; cook 5 min or until softened and lightly browned. Add sugar; stir to coat onions. Cokk an additional 4 min or until golden brown.

2 In small bowl, whish together vinegar and olive oil. Whisk in herbs, salt and pepper.

3 Arrange tomato slices on serving platter, drizzle with vinaigrette. Top with onions; sprinkle with pecans.
