Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 3 to 4 times. Pat dough into an 8-inch round cakepan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and bread is golden. Let cool in pan 5 minutes; loosen edges of bread with a knife. Remove from pan; let cool on a wire rack. Yield: 12 servings. Serving Ideas : Cut into wdeges. NOTES : My wife and I both work full-time, so I do most of the cooking, and my moms soda bread can always be found at our house. Its great for breakfast or for a snack. - Kevin Doyle, Homewood, Alabama. Email this Recipe:
