1 x Clove garlic
2 x Serrano chiles, seeded and minced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dried mustard powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne powder
1/4 tsp Pure chile powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Instructions: Hells Eggs (hotter than your normal deviled eggs!): Mash egg yolks with remaining ingredients (except chives). Refill eggs. Sprinkle chives on top.
