500 gm mince
1/2 cup water
2 med onions
1 x beef stock cube
2 x rashers bacon
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
440 gm can tomato soup
1 x salt & pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel & dice onions, chop bacon. Saute bacon in pan until transparent, add onions, saute further 5 mins. Stir in steak, cook until meat browns. Pour off surplus fat. Add undiluted soup, water, stock cube, herbs, salt & pepper to taste. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for approx 20 mins. Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender. Stir hot macaroni into pan with meat and allow to heat through. Serve with chopped parsley.
