Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup butter
4 tsp snipped fresh basil
(or 1 1/2 tspns dried basil, crushed)
1/2 tsp snipped fresh oregano
(or 1/2 tspn dried oregano, crushed)
1/2 tsp snipped fresh tarragon
(or 1/2 tspn dried tarragon, crushed)
1/2 tsp snipped chives
1/2 tsp snipped fresh thyme
(or 1/4 tspn dried thyme, crushed)
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with grilled fish or vegetables.

This recipe yields sauce for 8 servings.
