Instructions: In a blender or food processor puree watercress dill parsley chives and mint.
Add buttermilk horseradish and sugar and process just until blended. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. We call this our picnic dressing: great on potato salad coleslaw or a toss of al dente vegetables. Email this Recipe:
