1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
2 tbl Minced Onion
2 tbl Sugar
2 tbl Chopped Fresh Rosemary Or
2 tsp Dried Rosemary
2 tbl Chopped Fresh Thyme Or
2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 pkt Gluten-Free Quick Rise Yeast
1 tsp Salt
3 x Eggs
2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Cheddar cheese and spices add robust flavor to this hearty bread.

Makes 2 loaves

Combine 2 C rice flour, brown rice flour, dry milk, onion, sugar, rosemary, thyme, xanthan gum, yeast and salt in large bowl. Combine eggs, cheese, water and oil in med bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into dry ingredients; stir until well blended. Stir in remaining cup rice flour to make stiff dough. Cover bowl; let rest 10 min. Turn onto floured surface; knead 5 min, using only as much extra flour as needed to keep dough from sticking. Divide dough into 2 equal pieces. Shape each piece into one loaf. Place in lightly greased loaf pan. Let rise in warm place 40 min. Bake in 375F oven 40 min, or until golden brown on top. Cool completely on wire rack.
