Instructions: Make the herb mix by combining all the herbs in a bowl, crushing the rosemary to make it finer. Mix herbs well, then return to jars and relabel as OHerb Mix.O Keep 2 jars and give the other four jars to friends with this recipe.
To make the rice, place butter or oil in skillet and brown the onions and rice. Add 2 teaspoons of the herb mix and the bouillon. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 30 minutes. Rice can be made ahead and reheated. Email this Recipe:
